BUSINESS CONTINUITY

Business Continuity is of paramount importance to us and therefore, we have provided redundancy in infrastructure, telecommunication and technology to manage Business Continuity.

Our Monitoring & Response Centre is powered by the state grid and is backed up by diesel generator sets as well as by UPS. The entire infrastructure has 24X7 surveillance with CCTV and all entry and exit are access controlled. The IT equipment is configured with redundancy to eliminate single point of failures. We rely on redundant data and voice links to ensure business continuity.

Systems and equipments are maintained strictly in accordance with OEM recommendations, general engineering practices, environmental conditions and reused or disposed as per defined process. We have executed Stringent Service Level Agreements with all our service providers so that critical equipments and connectivity related issues are resolved within four hours. We take regular data back up in tapes, which are stored and maintained at a secured location in fireproof cabinets. Over and above, we have adequately treated the risk for IT and non IT assets including operating systems, infrastructure, business applications, off-the shelf products, services and user developed applications with a comprehensive road map for Business Continuity.
